This was one of my favorite bnbs that I've stayed at in a long time. Rebecca was so responsive and helpful. This house was great for my 9 ladies and I and we would all definitely come back if another occasion arises! (One note: there are loads of pool floaties so I would not bother stuffing your own suitcase like we did with unnecessary floats!)
Perfect place for a bachelorette party! Rebecca was extremely helpful and had very quick response time. We were close to everything and the house was a perfect setting for us!
I booked this for my sister's Bachelorette, there were 10 of us & we fit very comfortably. The place was amazing, everything was clean, kitchen is very big & beautiful. The backyard with the pool & hot tub is the cherry on top!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful beach front home for 2 days and we love it. This place was very nice and clean. I love the decor this home has. It definitely gave me that paradise beach vibe the moment I step foot inside!

A wonderful stay! I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Located close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and entertainment, this was is a great property on a quiet and relaxed street with quick access to major roads and lots of amenities in the area.
The apartment itself is warm and spacious with a great kitchen and amenities. Bedrooms are big and comfortable. The living area is cozy with comfortable seating and a big TV. As this was a longer stay, it was also great to have laundry access and a reserved place to park at the property.
Cindy could not be a better host! She is thoughtful and considerate, quick to respond and a great communicator. She was flexible and helpful with accommodating me and my dog. A great place to stay in St Louis.

Why should I book here & not on a major rental platform?
Each rental property has links to that listing on 3rd-party platforms, & while we're proud of those guest ratings, & many host awards/recognitions - we want to provide a more affordable & flexible booking option. Reserving here affords all of the benefits & peace-of-mind, without the expensive 3rd-party fees or cumbersome requirements.
What taxes and/or additional charges apply?
Depending on the duration of your stay & location, transient occupancy taxes are required to be collected and remitted to the local government. Cleaning fees are charged directly on the booking on the website, and depends on the property size, location, and capacity.
Do you offer any discounted rates?
Yes. While every reservation here avoids the expensive service fees of the big marketplaces, we also offer price reductions based on duration of stay & discounts for Active Military & Veterans.
Will my credit card be charged prior to my arrival at the property?
A $500-1000 deposit will be put on hold upon check-in for any of the units, based on size. Assuming that there is no property damage upon check-out, this amount will be taken off hold. The card on file will be charged in full for the stay upon check-in to any of our properties.
Do I need to guarantee my reservation with a credit card?
A valid Credit Card number is required to confirm the reservation at any of our properties. All of our properties have the equivalent of "Moderate" refund policy: no charge if cancelled >30 days in advance of the stay, 50% if cancelled >15 days but <30 days, and 0% if cancelled within 14 days of the reserved stay.
