You have access to the entire unit and one designated parking space in the back (there are 2 spots but only one designated spot per unit). Your spot at this unit is the second spot from the right. If you come with more than one vehicle you can park anywhere on the street in front of the house. You have shared access to the backyard where the parking spots are.
